The vacancy itself
Job title, company, country and city, workplace type (remote, hybrid or on-site), employment type, language, salary when it is stated, the source link and the skills the role asks for.
JOB APPLICATION TRACKER
Jobsucher is a job application tracker for people who apply deliberately. Save each vacancy with its company, requirements and skills, follow the company through your pipeline, and keep the conversations and offers that follow in the same record — instead of a spreadsheet, a notes app and a mailbox that never agree.
Free account. No card required to sign up. Usage limits apply.

Job title, company, country and city, workplace type (remote, hybrid or on-site), employment type, language, salary when it is stated, the source link and the skills the role asks for.
Paste the vacancy text and Jobsucher extracts the title, company, location, employment type, language, salary and skills for you. Anything it could not determine comes back for your review before the vacancy is saved.
Import a supported public LinkedIn job link (the /jobs/view/… form) and the role, company, location, description and posting details are filled in for you.
Each company you talk to moves through clear stages: Spotted, Contacted, Offer received or Job declined. Logging a message or recording an offer updates the stage automatically.
Contact people, conversation threads and logged messages stay attached to the vacancy and company, together with recorded offers, their compensation notes and documents links.
Star the vacancies and companies you care about, and see at a glance how many of a role's skills match your profile — and how many are still gaps.
Add it manually, paste the text for AI-assisted capture, or import a supported LinkedIn job link.
Compare the requirements with your profile, add contact people and log every conversation as it happens.
Record the offer — or the rejection — so the pipeline stays honest and you can see where your time went.
Jobsucher does not crawl the job market for you and does not send applications on your behalf. You choose which vacancies enter your workspace, and you send every application yourself. The tracker also has no automatic reminders today: it shows the last contact date on every company so you can see what has gone quiet, but following up remains your decision.
Yes — the tracker does not assume you arrive with applications already in flight. It starts empty for everyone, and a recent graduate fills it the same way an experienced candidate does: find a role worth applying for, add it manually or paste the vacancy text, and the pipeline begins with that one company marked as Spotted. Because Jobsucher never crawls the job market for you, there is no feed to feel behind on — three carefully chosen vacancies are a legitimate pipeline. The stages then give a first search the structure it usually lacks: you can see which applications went quiet after Contacted, which companies said no, and where an offer came from. That record matters most when everything is new, because it turns a stressful first search into something you can look at and learn from.
The tracker is part of every Jobsucher account, and a Free account is enough to run a real pipeline. No card is required to sign up. Free usage is limited — the number of vacancies and companies you can keep, and how many LinkedIn imports you can run per day and per month, all have allowances — and those allowances grow as you complete your profile, so a filled-in profile earns more room.
If your search outgrows the Free allowances, Jobsucher Plus raises them. Jobsucher Plus currently costs 10.00 EUR every 30 days.
See the current allowances of both plans on the homepageThere are three ways, and all of them keep you in control of what enters your workspace. You can create the vacancy manually, filling in the job title, company, location, workplace and employment type, language, salary when it is stated, the source link and the skills the role asks for. You can paste the full vacancy text and let Jobsucher extract those fields for you — anything it could not determine comes back for your review before the vacancy is saved. Or you can import a supported public LinkedIn job link in the /jobs/view/… form, which fills in the role, company, location, description and posting details. Whichever way the vacancy arrives, it becomes the same kind of record: one opportunity, attached to one company, ready for your notes, conversations and eventual outcome.
Every company in your tracker sits in one of four stages: Spotted, Contacted, Offer received or Job declined. Spotted means you have saved at least one of the company's vacancies but have not talked to anyone yet. The stage moves to Contacted automatically when you log your first message with someone there, and to Offer received when you record an offer — you do not manage the stage by hand, it follows what you actually did. Job declined records the applications that ended in a rejection, and keeping those visible is deliberate: a pipeline that only shows live opportunities hides where your time went. The stages are intentionally few. They describe the state of your relationship with a company, not the dozens of micro-steps an application can pass through.
No — there are no automatic reminders today. What the tracker gives you instead is the last contact date on every company, so a glance down the pipeline shows which conversations have gone quiet and for how long. Following up remains your decision: Jobsucher never messages anyone on your behalf, so a reminder feature would only ever nudge you, and for now even that nudge is manual. In practice the visible last-contact date does most of the work — silence that is three days old and silence that is three weeks old look very different when they are printed next to each other.
Yes. Nothing in the tracker has to originate inside Jobsucher, because you add every vacancy yourself. To bring an existing search in, save the vacancies you have already applied to, add the people you have been talking to as contact people, and log the conversations that have already happened so each thread reflects reality. Recording an offer or a rejection that predates your account works the same way. The result is a pipeline that reflects your whole search, not just the part that started after you signed up — which matters, because the point of the tracker is seeing all of it in one place.
