Terms of Service

Version 1, effective 19 September 2026

Please read this carefully. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and the operator of Jobsucher. By ticking the box and creating or using an account you accept them.

1. Who we are

Jobsucher ("Jobsucher", "we", "us") is operated by SIA "CUNSKIS", Latvia, Riga, Ģertrudes street 99 k-2 42. You can reach us at info@jobsucher.app. The website and application are available at jobsucher.app.

2. What Jobsucher is

Jobsucher is a tool for people looking for work. It lets you keep a professional profile, collect and analyse vacancies, track companies and contacts, and generate tailored CVs with the help of artificial intelligence. Features change over time: we may add, change, limit or remove features, and different account plans include different features and limits, which are shown in the application.

3. Your account

4. Your content and what we may do with it

"Your Content" is everything you put into Jobsucher: profile data, work experience, work cases, uploaded documents, vacancies you add, notes, contact and message records, and the CVs generated for you.

5. Artificial intelligence

Generated text (for example a CV) is produced with the help of AI models. AI can be wrong, can omit things and can phrase things in a way that does not match reality. You must read every generated CV before you use it and correct anything that is inaccurate. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any vacancy, and we do not guarantee that it will lead to an interview or a job. Matching scores, "gaps" and similar indicators are aids, not assessments of you as a person.

6. Acceptable use

You will not: break the law or the rights of others; put in false, misleading or defamatory content, or content you have no right to; attempt to gain access to other people's accounts or data; probe, scan or overload the service; bypass plan limits or security measures; use automated means (bots, scrapers) except our documented API; use Jobsucher to build a competing product or to harvest personal data; or resell the service. We may throttle, suspend or close accounts that do so.

7. Paid features and payments

8. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep Jobsucher running, but it is provided "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee access for any period. We may suspend or stop parts of the service for maintenance, security or legal reasons, or discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where we can.

9. Ending the relationship

10. Our intellectual property

Jobsucher (software, design, templates, taxonomies, text and trademarks) belongs to us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use it in accordance with these Terms. CV designs may be used to produce CVs for your own job applications.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence and for death or personal injury. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of opportunity, employment or income, or for the consequences of using generated content without checking it, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Consumers keep all mandatory rights under the law of the country where they live.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when features or the law change. The version in force is always the one published at jobsucher.app/legal/terms, and earlier versions stay readable. When a new version is published we ask you to agree to it before you continue; if you do not agree you cannot continue to use the service, and you can ask us to erase your account.

13. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without depriving a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they live. If you are a consumer, disputes may be brought in the courts that the law gives you, and you may use the EU online dispute-resolution platform. Otherwise the courts of Latvia have jurisdiction.

14. Other

If a part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and the other agreements you accept in the application, are the whole agreement between you and us about Jobsucher. Questions: info@jobsucher.app.
